It is Christmas so you put up the christmas tree and decorate it and place all the presents around the base and finally you put the star on the top.
However at night time you have to take off all the decorations and the big star and lock them away in the decorations box.......but WHY ?? because there is a naughty little Christmas imp who likes to play jokes and hide all the decorations.
So you have locked them all away but as you do this the children see the imp peep around the box and the children will soon let you know.....this happens many times and every time the kids will shout louder.
Don't be silly you say there is nothing there so you go to take out the decorations to put them back on the tree and .....HORROR six large snakes jump out of the box the decorations have been changed by the naughty imp and there is no sign of the decorations !!.....now what to do......we don't have any decorations for the tree !!!
So of course once again it is magic to the rescue ...you place a silk over the bare tree after trying wands etc... and the children shout out the magic word and when you take off the silk there is the tree fully decorated and the star back on the top.
