This is a new small trick from SIAM MAGIC. it is flat and can go in your pocket it measures 5 inches by 5.5 inches and is quarter of an inch thick.
This is made in black plastic very nicely decorated in gold there are two sheets stuck together at two ends
It has four holes in it three large ones and one small one in the large holes are three coloured silks green...yellow ...and red. You take out the red one and show that is free and not connected to the others in any way. You place the red silk back in the centre hole and suddenly it starts to disappear INTO the hole by itself. Once it has gone you take hold of one of the silks and pull it out with a flourish and there tied between the yellow and green silks is the red one This a very magical and pretty effect.
The second effect is that you can place a knife between the plastic sheets and show that it passes through the holes ....ask a spectator to put two fingers through two of the larger holes place a cigarette in the smaller hole and WHAM ! slam the knife down and it passes through the fingers cuts the cigarette and the spectator takes out his fingers unharmed !! everything may be examined after.
